Geothermal heat
LeaseGreen offers maintenance services for heat pumps with a benefit guarantee. This means that every maintenance action is aimed at improving the efficiency of the heat pump.

Kojamo and LeaseGreen will carry out energy renovations in two Lumo buildings. The first geothermal project in Helsinki is underway and will be completed by the end of September 2025. The second project will start in spring 2026. Switching to geothermal heating will reduce the running costs of buildings and promote environmentally friendly urban living.
