Den energi som produceras p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt minskar f\u00f6rbrukningen av fj\u00e4rrv\u00e4rme och behovet av kylenergi. Samtidigt minskar kostnaderna f\u00f6r b\u00e5de fastighets\u00e4garen och anv\u00e4ndaren.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Den \u00e5rliga besparingen p\u00e5 cirka 250 ton CO<sub>2<\/sub> som uppn\u00e5s i <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.elisa.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elisas<\/a> huvudkontor motsvarar \u00e5rsproduktionen fr\u00e5n \u00f6ver 1 000 solpaneler eller kan kompensera f\u00f6r utsl\u00e4ppen fr\u00e5n \u00f6ver 2 000 tur- och returflygningar till Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n<p>Varmas <a href=\"https:\/\/toimitilat.varma.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e5l<\/a> \u00e4r att minska koldioxidutsl\u00e4ppen fr\u00e5n sina fastigheter med 20 procent fram till 2025. Dessutom har Varma f\u00f6rbundit sig till ett energibesparingsm\u00e5l p\u00e5 10 procent under perioden 2017\u20132025.
