Fastigheternas sammanlagda yta \u00e4r 22 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Enligt ber\u00e4kningar fr\u00e5n LeaseGreen och OP Fastighetsplacering kommer \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen till bergv\u00e4rme att s\u00e4nka fastighetens uppv\u00e4rmningskostnader med \u00f6ver 20 procent och koldioxidavtrycket med cirka 60 procent.
