Samtidigt moderniserades fastigheternas automation och ansl\u00f6ts till LeaseGreens Meta-tj\u00e4nst. <\/p>\n\n<p>As Oy Ulvilantie 17a och As Oy Porintie 9, som byggdes samtidigt, utg\u00f6r en v\u00e4l sammanh\u00e5llen enhet, \u00e4ven om de \u00e4r separata bostadsbolag. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r best\u00e4mde de sig f\u00f6r att genomf\u00f6ra energirenoveringen tillsammans. Bolagen har sammanlagt 350 l\u00e4genheter, en gemensam v\u00e4rmecentral och ett v\u00e4rmebolag.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8221;Det var naturligt. V\u00e5r fj\u00e4rrv\u00e4rmekostnad \u00e4r \u00f6ver 300 000 euro per \u00e5r\", s\u00e4ger <g id=\"gid_0\">Eetu J\u00e4rvinen<\/g>. Han \u00e4r styrelseordf\u00f6rande i As Oy Ulvilantie 17a.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningen trodde att renoveringen skulle \u00f6ka attraktionskraften hos redan attraktiva l\u00e4genheter p\u00e5 marknaden. De fundamentala f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna var goda. Energirenoveringen halverade bolagets uppv\u00e4rmningskostnader och minskade renoveringsskulden avsev\u00e4rt. Besparingarna under hela livscykeln uppg\u00e5r till 4,9 miljoner euro. Koldioxidavtrycket minskade med 770 ton per \u00e5r.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Totalt borrades 66 energibrunnar med en sammanlagd l\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 27 kilometer. Solkraftverken som \u00e4r installerade p\u00e5 byggnadernas tak har en kapacitet p\u00e5 60 kWp. Ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften av den el som de genererar anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att driva det geotermiska v\u00e4rmesystemet och resten anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att generera el till fastigheten, till exempel f\u00f6r att ladda elbilar.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r v\u00e4lk\u00e4nt att beslutsfattandet i bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningar inte alltid \u00e4r snabbt eller enkelt. I Munkkivuori tog beslutet om energirenovering sammanlagt mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 \u00e5r. I slut\u00e4ndan fattades dock beslutet med en klar majoritet.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8221;Grundarbetet var mycket v\u00e4l utf\u00f6rt, s\u00e5 det var ett l\u00e4tt beslut att fatta. Vi har f\u00e5tt mycket positiv feedback fr\u00e5n de boende\", s\u00e4ger J\u00e4rvinen. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8221;Och det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 konstigt.
