Dessutom ansl\u00f6ts fastigheten till LeaseGreens fj\u00e4rroptimeringstj\u00e4nst f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att den nya tekniken fungerar som avsett. <\/p>\n\n<p>Enligt de f\u00f6rsta uppf\u00f6ljningsuppgifterna har resultaten av energirenoveringen varit mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n v\u00e4ntat: fastighetens gasf\u00f6rbrukning har minskat med cirka 30% och elf\u00f6rbrukningen med 18% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med tidigare. Koldioxidavtrycket har minskat med n\u00e4stan 50 ton. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8221;Jag \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jd med besparingarna. Det prim\u00e4ra m\u00e5let med renoveringen var dock att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra byggnadens skick och minska reparationsskulden, och f\u00f6rst i andra hand att spara energi. Mer betydande besparingar kan bara f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas i den andra fasen av energirenoveringen\", s\u00e4ger <strong>Tero Tulokas<\/strong>, VD f\u00f6r Oilon.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Fabriken i Lahtis byggdes ursprungligen 1971 och har byggts ut flera g\u00e5nger sedan dess. Idag inrymmer byggnaden Oilons administration, produktutvecklingsenhet och den st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningsfabriken. Fabriken syssels\u00e4tter knappt 200 personer.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Med tillbyggnader \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt h\u00e4nt att byggnader samlar p\u00e5 sig fastighetstekniska installationer som inte l\u00e4ngre fungerar tillsammans p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga s\u00e4tt.
