Samarbetet med LeaseGreen inleddes med energirenoveringen av en v\u00e4rdefull fastighet i Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4. <\/p>\n\n<p>Olympisk m\u00e4stare<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><strong>Samppa Lajusen<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>vill vara en pionj\u00e4r inom ansvarsfulla fastighetsinvesteringar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samlacapital.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">.<\/a> LeaseGreen har planerat och genomf\u00f6rt en omfattande energirenovering av en byggnad i centrala Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, som tidigare har fungerat som callcenter och registratorskontor. <\/p>\n\n<p>Energirenoveringen omfattade byte av byggnadens ventilation och belysning samt uppgradering av fastighetsautomationssystemet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Det fanns m\u00e5nga ventilationsmaskiner p\u00e5 Yliopistongatan 28 - eller snarare ett exceptionellt h\u00f6gt antal per kvadratmeter. Men deras teknik var oftast f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrad och de fungerade inte som en helhet. Renoveringen, som planerades och genomf\u00f6rdes av LeaseGreen, rationaliserade ventilationssystemet och gjorde det mer l\u00e4tthanterligt.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Renoveringen minskade byggnadens koldioxidavtryck med 31% och den \u00e5rliga energif\u00f6rbrukningen med 19%.
