I det \u00f6vergripande projektet ingick ocks\u00e5 ett lokalf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsprojekt i samband med energirenoveringen.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lumon.com\/fi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lumons<\/a> energirenovering genomf\u00f6rdes i en byggnad som ursprungligen byggdes p\u00e5 1980-talet f\u00f6r ett tryckeri. Anv\u00e4ndningen av de ut\u00f6kade lokalerna har i olika skeden f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats och f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan togs de \u00f6ver av Lumon. Ventilationsutrustningen hade n\u00e5tt slutet av sin tekniska livscykel och det fanns inget modernt styrsystem i byggnaden.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8221;Ventilationseffektiviteten var bra, men alla maskiner var gamla\", s\u00e4ger <strong>Arto M\u00e4kipaakkanen<\/strong>, Lumons fastighetschef.<\/p>\n\n<p>Lumons energirenovering f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade inomhusluften i produktionen genom att balansera luftfl\u00f6den och luftvolymer och anpassa andelen frisk luft till byggnadens faktiska behov. Energif\u00f6rbrukningen minskade tack vare korrekt dimensionering och intelligent styrning. Samtidigt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades ocks\u00e5 ventilationsmaskinernas tillf\u00f6rlitlighet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Renoveringen kommer att spara Lumon mer \u00e4n 600 MWh v\u00e4rme och el per \u00e5r. Avkastningen p\u00e5 investeringen steg till 21%.
