Projektet omfattade byggandet av ett stort solcellssystem p\u00e5 byggnadens tak, uppgradering av belysningen till LED, modernisering av ventilationen och optimering av automationen. Investeringarna kommer att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra byggnadens skick, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra l\u00f6nsamheten f\u00f6r de f\u00f6retag som \u00e4r verksamma i byggnaden och minska deras koldioxidavtryck.<\/p>\n\n<p>Energieffektiviseringsprojektet har genomf\u00f6rts i samarbete med Satotukku Oy, som anv\u00e4nder byggnaden. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.satotukku.fi\/fi\/satotukku\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Satotukku<\/a> \u00e4r den st\u00f6rsta privata frukt- och gr\u00f6nsaksgrossisten i Finland. I fastigheten p\u00e5 Tuupakantie 32 finns en av Finlands st\u00f6rsta mogningsanl\u00e4ggningar f\u00f6r bananer och d\u00e4r finns \u00e4ven Posti Groups lokaler. Husets nya solcellssystem best\u00e5r av 666 paneler med en sammanlagd kapacitet p\u00e5 200 kWp. Panelerna kommer att installeras p\u00e5 kylrummets tak, vilket minskar byggnadens v\u00e4rmebelastning och kylbehov p\u00e5 sommaren.<\/p>\n\n<p>Fastigheten p\u00e5 Tuupakantie 32 f\u00f6rvaltas av L\u00e4hiTapiola Real Estate Management Ltd, som LeaseGreen inledde ett samarbete med 2017.
