Enligt Auteree \u00e4r det en utm\u00e4rkt l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r fastighets\u00e4garen eftersom den minskar reparationsskulden men inte binder upp \u00e4garens kapital. Att minska energif\u00f6rbrukningen passar ocks\u00e5 bra ihop med kraven p\u00e5 ansvarsfulla investeringar, vilket \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r pensionsfonder.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under energirenoveringen genomf\u00f6rdes flera hundra individuella \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i fabriken.
