That&#8217;s why I decided that something had to be done about it,&#8221; says<strong> Jouni Pelkonen<\/strong>, Managing Director. <\/p>\n\n<p>Savings were higher than anticipated. Overall, energy efficiency improvements have almost halved the energy costs of the ETRA Megacenter in Turku. In terms of maintenance costs, the Turku property now stands out among the best.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;The results are absolutely fantastic.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>The ETRA Megacenter in Turku was built in 1973.
