The new solutions reduced the heating costs of the property by almost 400 MWh per year. The electricity use and emissions were also drastically reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current automation at <a href=\"http:\/\/heinontukku.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heinon Tukku<\/a> was also updated and extended by adding to the amount of sensors and a control points and connecting new energy-optimised programmes to the automation. The modernisation of the ventilation system included seven supply-air ventilation units, six exhaust-air ventilation units and one new roof extractor.
