The district heating costs of the large property have reduced by 50 percent and a large slice of the electricity bills have also been reduced. The building\u2019s conditions have also improved as has the working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kutomo Business Park is made up of two properties whose combined area is 26 000 m\u00b2. The property is used by employees from <a href=\"http:\/\/elisa.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elisa<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/moneta.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Moneta<\/a>, and numerous technology companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt looks like the district heating costs have halved. The risk\/reward ratio in this project is excellent,\u201d says <strong>Matti Autere<\/strong>, building manager at Etera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was carried out with LeaseGreen\u2019s service contract which is based on a monthly repayment model. According to Autere it is an excellent solution for the owners of the property because it reduces the repair debt without tying up the owner\u2019s capital. Reducing energy costs is also very suitable for pension insurance companies sustainable investments needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the energy overhaul at Kutomo several hundred individual procedures were carried out.
